Advice for speeding ticket

yup, again , 76/65. I'm going to fight it though, and i'd like to hear some suggestions that i could use while trying to prove my innocence. I'm going to ask for proof of gun calibration, as well as proof that the officer is certified. This will be my 3rd ticket in 2 years, so im on the edge right now, i dont want to lose my license Thanks in advance to all!

i was talking with a fellow officer about fighting laser tickets, he said no one ever wins, heh, but i mean, pleading not guilty is the right way to go, theres always a chance, small if any, that the officer doesnt show, and if you lose, you dont pay more than what the ticket shows. Hrmph

ya I got a advice, if you were speeding in a populated area, and you got caught.... shut up and fork your money over. It's the same for me, if I get caught speeding, too bad.

you pay 300 a month and you still have a need to speed? I hope your not paying for the car still too sounds like a raw insurance deal. When I was 23 I was paying 100 a month on my grand am ins., 200 less than I was quoted on my escort se. I was getting a raw insurance deal on the escort.

3rd ticket in 2 years. Maybe you should try not speeding for a change. As far as your ticket your on the right foot asking for calibration certs n stuff but I'm pretty sure unless the police there are broke that they are going to be up on that stuff cuse it is the tool they make money with. Basically you can just hope the cop doesn't show because when it comes down to his word vs yours, the judge typically sides with the officer. Good Luck on that and stop speeding

i hate the government, why do they enforce speeding limits but make cars that go way faster? its all a conspiracy if you ask me

speeding or not, the prosecution has to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt, and if they dont i get off the hook. Innocent until proven guilty..we're not in china guys :-P besides EVERYONE speeds, and people do get caught, but its better to fight than to just let them take your money, right?

No offense, but all of what you said is a pretty ignorant statement. You're responsible for your own action, so reap/suffer the consequences. You're right, it's not China, otherwise you'd probably be in jail by now. you can fight all you want, but it was under your discretion to begin with. it's not like the patrol officer decided to "pick" on you.
