rear lights

my z3 backlights r not workin

Try swapping your tail light sockets with the back-up light sockets.
I had the same problem or replace the sockets. They get hot and the plastic deforms and the metal parts move a little and lose contact with the bulb. If you replace them also try using led lamps.
